PROJECT MANAGER/DESIGNER
In charge of an extension parking lot project for Penske, that included the
design of full construction plans, using Terramodel software. Plans included
Site, Erosion, as well as storm drainage profiles. Projects also included
calculations for Water Quality and Channel Protection values, as well as
Detention ponds, which were included in the Hydrology reports. Meetings were held
with Gwinnett County officials to obtain Land Disturbance Permits (LDP's). I also
had meetings to obtain LDP's for minor projects, typically less than one acre,
with Cobb and Gwinnett County officials.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR
As a member of a team of inspectors, I was contracted to work on the SPLOST road
resurfacing project in Clayton county which included roads maintained by the
Georgia Department of Transportation. Responsibilities included the oversight of
the laying of asphalt, and ensuring that the specifications were met. Also
verifying the temperature of the asphalt and confirming that it was within the
parameters for use.

2002, as well as ArcView GIS to create and edit drawings, as well as updating

natural habitats, ownership of the area, and mailings were sent to those directly
