were reduced to 1% of open orders amounting to 3 million.
Developed new source for high temperature weld rod, reviewed supplier
quality documentation to assist in certifying new suppliers.
Worked with field reps and engineers to insure correct parts were
purchased by following supplier deviation procedure and engineering
change notices.

Completed an E-auction that reduced expenditures on my commodity by 420 thousand
