ERP - IT Team Lead
Currently working on year two of a four year project converting disparate
Mainframe finance, payroll, HR, and food services applications under a single
modern ERP system.  Created a .NET application to transform finance data from the
old system to the new ERP system.  Managing the installation of the new ERP
server environment (Virtual Microsoft application and IIS servers, with a MS-SQL
cluster).  Also designing reports and workflow.  Analysis performed by business
team was inadequate  (only very high level); fleshed out the intricate workflows
that will handle the myriad of exceptions.

AFLAC Communicorp Division, Columbus, GA	October 2007 –February 2009
Manager - IT Strategy and Design
Evaluated the largest purchases in IT Software infrastructure in the divisions
history.  Handled vendor relations and eventually project management. 
Established social networking software to link corporate to vendors for both
support and project management.  Took over Digital Press department during

Project Manager/Lead Developer. I developed and maintain several databases for
the New York Stock Exchange including the NYSE Consolidated Calendar application
and the NYSE Hearing Board Document Workflow application.  These applications
incorporate advanced features such as third party reporting and the embedding and
population of MS-Word legal documentation with data from Notes documents using
OLE/COM Visual Basic.

CLIENT: NY Life	October 2002 – January 2003
Lead Developer. Designed and developed the Enterprise Architecture Project
Request Tracking database.  Performed 3rd level database support across a wide
range of Lotus Notes databases.  All databases were accessed via web browsers.

CLIENT: Metropolitan Life Insurance	August 1999 – January 2000
Analyst/Designer/Lead Developer. I designed and developed MetLife’s IT
department Policy and Standards database.  The Database was designed to be
published from a Notes Client and accessible on the corporate Intranet via http. 
Cross browser compatible HTML, CSS and JavaScript were used extensively in the
crafting of the application.

CLIENT: Whitehall-Robins	May 1999 – August 1999
Systems Architect Consultant. I was engaged by Whitehall-Robins to assist in the
design of their eBusiness Strategy.  Designed a top down enterprise architecture
to support Whitehall-Robins’ eBusiness Strategy using forward looking technology
and methodologies, with the ultimate goal of providing six-sigma quality ordering
and manufacturing.

CLIENT:  Hoffmann- La Roche ~ Brokered though Actium Corporation	March 1997 –
May 1999
Analyst/Project Lead/Lead Developer/Consulting.  Besides performing a lead role
as a Notes/Domino consultant (everything from remote user rollouts, to
environment issues, to database security), I was involved with, and led, several
Notes development projects that required extensive knowledge and experience with
LotusScript. Most projects involved data integration with RDMS and legacy systems
using a combination of flat file processing and Repic-Action.  Some applications
required simultaneous Notes Client and Web browser access.

Public Speaker/Seminar Design. During the project I designed and delivered a
Lotus Technical Workshop Seminar to Lotus Business Partners across the country,
focusing on the development and implementation of Lotus Components.  I was the
presenter for the daylong seminar.  I also developed the presentation material
and sample applications used in the seminar and delivered a Business Partner
Satellite broadcast on TEN (Technical Education Network).

Business Manager/Lead Trainer/Consultant.  Casahl’s focus was their product
Replic-Action, a data replication product that allows for replication between
Lotus Domino databases and over 100 relational and legacy data systems.  A strong
background in Lotus Domino, RDMS and SQL was required, as well as technical
writing and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Provided consulting services to fortune 500 companies to integrate relational
data system with Lotus Notes.

I functioned as lead consultant for Workgroup Computing and Senior Notes

Designed, Installed and supported Novell and 3Com 3Plus networks within the New
York City metropolitan area. Additionally, I performed software application
