uses MQ to communicate with US Customs.

This system is used to quote an insurance proposal. The users to this system
include brokers, underwriters & agents. GPS records Case information, Benefit
details along with Policy-holders selection of riders & covered services. The
system automated calculation of accurate rates for proposed benefits for
customer. It also helps in depiction of benefits and provisions for prospective
customer. The system also had an ability to review, refine and modify the details
during a term of contract for a customer. This system functions in co-ordination
with a module called Rating System. CICS is used to communicate with Rating
System as it uses COBOL.
Responsibilities:
Creating an understanding document from the Business Requirement document and
Functional Requirement Document.

Casa System Automates the Self Assessment of all Business Units of Citigroup
globally. Risks involved with every business unit are defined in this system. Key
Risk Indicators and Controls for these risks can be defined for frequencies of
annually, quarterly, half yearly, monthly, weekly or daily. According to the
frequency defined, assessment is done for each control and KRA. Work-flow engine
is designed and used to implement Maker-Checker hierarchy. Separate tables were
designed to implement work-flow and display the user interface dynamically. Due
to large number of concurrent users of the system, Connection Pooling was used to
improve the performance.
