meet your needs. Having many transferable skills, and the ability to handle my
workload efficiently including, adapting to any changes that may occur with
ease,makes me a prime candidate. I have call center and office experience.

                          Highlights of my career include:

   Opportunities to be involved in the opening of three restaurants, catering
events such as the SuperBowl XXVII at Qualcomm with Ridgewells Catering in MD7000
people, The Mercedes Ride and Drive Event,700, A GALA Event-1200, I have had an
offsite catering event with Wolfgang Puck-80ppl. and various other events. For
the most part, my experience is in restaurants, casinos, and catering companies.
I have experience in special diets and batch and scratch cooking, as well as
pastry/baking,breakfasts  and buffets. I worked on Camp Pendleton as the
baker/cook II, I was responsible for the baking for 300-900 marines daily by
myself. 

My interest in the position would definitely increase my skills and fully
develop my potential. My resume has more of a career transition focus, as I
haven't found my niche. Currently exploring career opportunities I am up to the
challenge.
