11/08 - present        Freelance Web Programmer
                                              
Involved in a variety of projects, all using PHP and MySQL. Long-term projects
included: www.omnirealty.net (built a CRM system for them including interfaces to
receive, schedule and process property viewing requests and lease applications,
auto-reminder emails and newsletters and more) and www.canada-training-group.ca
(rebuilt the navigation and main sections and built an online training center
where clients' employees can take exams online, including lots of data analysis
and reporting tools).                                             

12/03 - 10/08        Enterprise Rent-A-Car
                                              
Began as entry-level 'Management Trainee' and was promoted three times, lastly
to Manager of local rental branch. Managed daily operations of three locations
concurrently, overseeing 12 employees, solving logistical problems in a
fast-paced environment, maximizing revenue and maintaining exceptional customer
service. Responsible for almost $4 million of inventory. Achieved almost
threefold growth in business volume at most recent location.

12/02 - 12/03          Dahlonega Code & Design

Freelance Website Design. Created websites from scratch in PHP, HTML and
Javascript. Many projects included searchable databases, session handling,
shopping carts, cookies, drop-down menus, pop-up nav boxes.

10/98 - 12/00          Beliefnet.com

Content manager, part of initial launch in 12/98. This website is now the most
popular religion-oriented site on the web. Responsible for gathering, creating,
organizing content for specific section of website. Content included articles,
user polls, quizzes, bulletin boards, and imbedded audio/video features.


EDUCATION

Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with Minor in Business
Administration, May 2003, North Georgia College. GPA 3.2. In partial fulfillment
of credit requirements, completed ICAPP 4-month course in Web Design. Also won
1st place in 2003 Programming Competition.
