	Lead Engineer responsible for the development of the desktop engineering
function that included defining and managing a library of images, certified
software packages and procedures that focused on delivering high quality desktop
solutions.  Also responsible for driving down the overall total cost of ownership
for 2000+ desktops and laptops. Created software delivery infrastructure
(application packaging) that no software was manually installed, that the
software snaps onto the single desktop image, and updates and patches are capable
of being managed and delivered centrally.  (Windows platforms).  Updated and
managed Wise Sharepoint server.  Created templates and documentation for
packaging procedures.  Developed processes for testing, certifying and deploying
software that involved partners within IT and business departments, as well as

image for successful deployment of current Windows XP image for standard desktops
and laptops in the acute care hospital setting.  This included all layers that
are applied after image is installed.  The deployment migrated to over 1200
desktops and laptops.

Center. Responsible for maintaining the SMS server 2003 including creating and
maintaining packages, collections and advertisements. Packaged, deployed and
maintained current Window Service Packs on client workstations and laptops.  
Technical lead and supervisor for upgrading current Norton antivirus system to
McAfee version 8.01. This included designing scripts for uninstall of Norton and
any residual effects left from Norton.  These functions were performed on 1400
desktops and laptops.

applications at corporate headquarters and four area medical centers. Resolved

Duties included support system rollout of Windows NT TCP/IP client to
approximately 100 network users. Automated procedure to remove existing Novell 32
client off of end user workstation and configured TCP/IP client. Load, configure
software, install and upgrade hardware for desktop.

Developed InstallShield version 8 installation packages to install and configure
a suite of Visual Basic database applications to run on a standard Windows
Workstation.  Provided all build procedures and installation of documents as well
