software snaps onto the single desktop image, and updates and patches are capable

Responsible for application repackaging efforts using wise package studio. Used
standard troubleshooting tools including RegMon and FileMon to troubleshoot
conflicts between repackaged application and standard desktop. Created sysprep
image for successful deployment of current Windows XP image for standard desktops
and laptops in the acute care hospital setting. This included all layers that
are applied after image is installed. The deployment migrated to over 1200
desktops and laptops.
