concerned department to prepare the indent for the required item. This list is
viewed by the purchase department and in turn call for the tenders by sending an
invitation to their registered suppliers .The suppliers login with their ids and
bid for the tender and once the tender date is closed the system validates and
updates the supplier information who has been qualified.
