PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS 

Program Analyst with over four years of experience in the IT field.  Possesses a
wide range of software development experience from analysis and design phases,
user help and support and system documentation. Holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Management Information Systems.

Performed analysis and design tasks, developed and managed the development
project plan, designed database schema structures to be used for development, and
implemented analysis and design tasks to produce new systems and enhance existing
systems.  Such tasks crossed a variety of business areas within the United States
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Responsible for developing appropriate user help
guidance and documentation for applications and end user support as required.
Developed Graphical User Interface (GUI), built and maintained reporting systems
and created new and modified database structures to support dynamic and
challenging business requirements.
