Lotus Notes Administrator Consultant
Client – EDDIE BAUER
·	Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for approximately 1500 users.
·	Client is running version Notes R7 on a clustered mail server and one
application server. Client also has one Blackberry Server running Blackberry
Manager 4.1 and Mail Marshall anti-Spam server.
·	Notes server administration duties include, but not limited to, monitoring
email routing and servers tasks via R6.5 Domino Administrator in addition to
Notes security administration which entails ID and Group creation,
recertification, ACL maintenance, mail moves etc.
·	Support end users Client 6.5 issues – mail/calendar and application databases
(Resource Reservations and other department databases).
·	Blackberry support entails add/deleting/activating users in Blackberry Manager
in addition to resolving Blackberry/Notes messaging issues.

·	Currently Project Manager for Lotus Notes Server consolidation, which includes
all Mail and Application servers in the US and decommissioning of servers no
longer, needed.
·	Currently, Project Manager for Canada Application Database project.
·	Lotus Notes Administrator providing 2nd and 3rd level 24 X 7 Production
support to approximately 3,000 users in US, Canada and Mexico consisting of
onsite, field office and remote users.
·	ONLY member of Americas Regional Messaging Team provided Notes server support
for 12 mail servers (which included 4 clustered mail server), one Blackberry
Server and one Fax server. Currently supporting 4 clustered application servers
which included US, Mexico and Canada.
·	Migrated to Exchange, now Exchange Administrator, providing support to front
and back end Exchange Servers, supporting all Virtual Servers and Mail Stores.

·	Providing production support to 36,000 users nationwide that includes onsite
and remote end users.
·	Member of the Americas Regional Notes Team that provides server and virus
monitoring, email routing support via R5 Notes Server Administration and NET OP
remote application of 18 mail servers from Europe, Latin Americas, Asia and
Australia.
·	R6.5 Domino server environment is administered in a Windows NT 4.0/2003
platform, Lotus Notes clients are mixed environment of R4.6 and R5.
·	Server hardware specifications of servers are a mix of Compaq/HP servers that
are now slowly being moved to IBM servers.
·	Part of the Global Notes consolidation efforts consolidating 20 US mail
servers to 5 mail servers and 8 application servers to 2 application servers
utilizing VMWare. These efforts include decommissioning of servers that hosts the
least number of databases and mail files, deleting inactive databases and mail
files and migrating the rest to another server. In total, numbers of servers to
consolidate are 82 servers (mail/application) that include US, Canada and Centre
RE Zurich companies.
·	Administration includes, but not limited to, server monitoring via
Intelliwatch, maintenance, monitor of disk space usage and replication of 20 mail
servers, 8 application servers (4 app servers that are clustered), 4 web servers,
1 Quickplace server, 1 Blackberry server, 4 mail routers and 4 Hub servers,
database production rollouts, email routing and notes security administration
which entails ID creation, recertification and ACL maintenance.
·	Currently on BMC Patrol pilot which will take the place of Intelliwatch in the
near future.
·	Currently testing and monitoring servers via R6.5 Notes Server Administration
on Citrix environment.
·	Basic Notes Development knowledge using Domino Designer client to modify forms
and views of existing databases.
