	Leading 5 member mainframe team in process of converting FileAid Batch
JCL jobs to  FileMgr. Modifying all production/user jobs by eliminating
referenced to FileAid and replacing with FileManger executable options and
appropriate PROCS which was critical objective of this conversion. 
	Design and implemented Conversion standards/procedures for Development
team to conduct Manual and online conversion process using REXX and IBM
customized conversion tools, conducted complete evaluation of data analysis after
conversion to validate data integrity, Created performance evaluation reports to
be send to IBM for review by IBM Performance technicians. 
	Directed 3 member team of developers of Credit Cycle project  involving
unsecured and secured consumer lending products. Modified existing COBOL CICS/DB2
programs and batch JCL runs  for Credit function applications in commercial Debt
