Designed and consulted small businesses on the migration of everyday sales
operations over to a web based system using Microsoft FrontPage, Symantec ™s
Visual Page, and basic HTML programming syntax. One example of a small project is

Project Manager of all the various projects being support by the company from
end-to-end, using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other MS products.
Consulted and supported Lucent Employee ™s on multiple everyday issues with
the 4ESS „ switch, 5ESS „ switch, and Out-of-band-Emulator (OOBE) call

Team lead for the design, development, unit test, and support of performance
monitoring (PM) tools for the Tests Tools Development and Integration Support
4ESS „ Switching Project, using Hp - Mercury Load Runner. Further
responsibilities including the design, development (written primary in C
and Unix „ shell scripts ) and support of the hardware
installation/development of a multi-million dollar Out-of-band-Emulator (OOBE)
system used in multi 4ESS „ & 5ESS „ Lucent/AT&T R&D system laboratories,
software faulting capability Star Fault Inserter (STARFI) system which caused
circuit pack failures detected by fault recovery software, SunOS to Solaris
migration, and Year 2000 software compliance.
Appointed technical lead for all tools supported in the Tests Tools
Development and Integration Support for 4ESS „ Switching Project and 5ESS „
tool integration.
Designed, developed, and unit tested software/hardware performance monitoring

Cut annual costs by $100K developing automated off-line regression
testing scripts, build and release procedures used in the development and the
maintenance of new software features, enforcing the use of SABLIME source control
system, and reducing lab time testing and improving operational efficiency.

Project. Analyzed, tested, and integrated multiple software/hardware peripheral
assignments in multiple 4ESS „ & 5ESS „ R also knows as Office Dependent Data
(ODD), which is a database structured environment including both hardware and
software assignments for each 4ESS „ computerized switching system peripherals.
Responsible for network engineering, planning, hardware integration, lab
support, load testing, regression testing, training of new employees, tracking
progress reports, and documentation in a variety of areas.
Researched and implemented costs savings exercises allowing AT&T to save
approximately $500,000 in Cost Savings projects. These projects included the
reconfiguration of old to new peripheral equipment (re-use/deletion), the
debugging of erroneously assigned software structures, and overall planning on
various projects.
