Director for PSA client Capital One (2007-2009) in face of potential pull-out due
to staff underperformance prior to tenure. Expedited passage of revenue targets,
exceeding first quarter forecast by more than 25%. Identified business
opportunities and created strategic plan, generating revenue of $16.5M.
Streamlined client postal operations through strategic planning, operations
leadership, workflow improvements, forecasting, and budgeting, slashing expenses

   Directed Corporate Sustainability Initiative - Volunteered for orchestration
