I work daily with computers; have a comfortable knowledge of most programs. I
also answer phones, file paperwork, do daily reports to look over any balance
dues that need to be collected, investigate mark downs taken on merchandise in
store, and keep exceptional notes in customer’s orders to ensure that everything
that is taking place is understood by all.

I was an employee who took on the role as a store manager after six months on
the job, due to current manager leaving. I made the employee schedule, placed
stock orders for the store, bookkeeping, made daily deposits, had good relations
with all vendors, as well as kept the working environment exceptionally clean for

I started out as a food bar worker, and was given the opportunity to learn about
every position after that. This was my first experience with working with the
public and learning how to provide great customer service. I was trained to be a
waitress, cashier, cook, food prep associate, and assisted managers with stock
orders and keeping the store running smoothly on a daily basis.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Currently I am an expeditor and customer service associate at The Home Depot. As
an expeditor I oversee everyday door, kitchen, floor, appliance, and electrical
installations.
I communicate with the customers and installers to assure a positive experience
for all.
As a customer service associate I also communicate with customers as well as
vendors to
verify special orders are shipped to the store or customer in a timely manner. I
have great
customer service experience, work daily with computers, answering a multi-line
phone, filing agreements, and solving problems as quickly as possible. I was
selected to hold these positions due to my superior communication,
organizational, decision making abilities, as well as goal for teamwork
communications.
