Recruited to provide main support for production servers for paymentnet
application consisting of ~7 Terabytes. Served as secondary support for legacy
systems totaling over 4000 databases. Rendered a full range of support services
for UAT and staging sites. Debugged application code and SQL procedures. Created
and fixed stored procedures used by production support and other business
entities. Accountable for producing Crystal reports from mined data and
