•	Lead a team of three in the development and maintenance of the Real Time
Benefits (RTB) intranet J2EE web application.
•	Developed and supported Real Time Services (RTS) application that makes use of
Spring and Hibernate components.
•	Use open source components such as POI, Displaytag, and YUI to enhance
functionality.
•	Complex distributed web applications built on core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets,
JavaScript, XML, HTML, Spring, Hibernate.  RTB uses MQ Series, SQL Server and DB2
databases and invokes Cobol CICS programs to retrieve benefit information for
customers in real time.
•	RTB is a visible application that is used by hundreds of Customer Service
Representatives and other internal employees.

•	Designed and developed a new application called PeoplePlus to automate the
applicant hiring process for Walgreens stores.  Designed and coded batch

•	Key member of team to implement the Docent Learning Management System.
