HVAC company in transition, Weather Temp. Wel-Dun was established in October
2008 to incorporate new ownership principles. I was responsible for running the

Purchasing, all change over requirements along with structuring organizational
procedures while maintaining A/R & A/P, company payroll and banking. I
implemented new procedures and created new forms, spreadsheets, proposal formats,

separate ways, and relocated the office to my home. This was an interesting and

offered to relocate with the company when they moved to Wisconsin in ‘99.
