Negotiated distributor contracts with suppliers such as Leeson Electric, Baldor
Electric, and Mitsuboshi Industrial Belting for more than 25 years. Personally
handled all warranty and return issues for these products.

Over 25 years experience with technical specifications for electric motors,
electric motor controls (including contactors, overloads and circuit protection),
and dewatering pumps. Expertise in conversion between brands based on frame
classification, voltage and amp rating, and performance.

Negotiate and procure products and components from non-established vendors.
Supervised inventory control and management across a variety of product types,
including electric motors, controls, belting and pump parts.

Analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic conditions to anticipate
top level customer buying patterns and determine what should be sold and stocked.
Negotiate supplier price reductions in accordance with customer cost reduction
initiatives. 

Perform specific cost analyses to support ongoing cost reduction of goods in
individual categories. Used cost analyses to establish profit percentage for all
sales and service / repair projects.
