Ms. Gatdula is a Senior Database Developer/QA Analyst, with over 15 years
various experience in IT, systems development life cycle (SDLC).  Her most recent
experience is electronic data integration (EDI), extract-transform-load (ETL)
development using Oracle database management systems (DBMS) and its related tools
and utilities for data warehouse of financial exchange and CRM systems.  She has

PL/SQL, UNIX Shell script combined with Java, Perl, C, XML/HTML programming
languages. She has relevant experience in developing application programming
interfaces (APIs), stored procedures, functions, triggers for data replication,

As Project Consultant, Ms. Gatdula performed senior programmer/analyst role for
client’s marketing data warehouse and customer relations management (CRM)
operations.  Particularly, she
 created ETL programs using PL/SQL, Perl and Unix Shell Scripts to load
data into the data warehouse or extract data from the data warehouse for
transmission to several marketing firms and for reporting and analytics purposes.
 She utilized these programming languages in conjunction with Allant’s
development framework “Prevalence” 
 prepared test plans, implementation procedures documentation
 coordinated final implementation to production ready systems using CVS
version control and provided system support
 coordinated and participated in performance tuning of several

Intra-day trade transactions are copied, near real time, from distributed
trading systems into a consolidated database for temporary data store.  These
transactions are summarized and normalized and transferred to the final data
warehouse destination at end of trading day.  Data may also be transferred
to/from other regulatory firms electronically.  As Project Consultant, Ms.
Gatdula performed lead data modeler and developer roles for in-house data
warehouse application.  Particularly, she
 Participated in system enhancements, reengineering, streamlining with
activities such as data requirements gathering, process redesign, coding,
unit/system testing and assurance testing of most complex modules
 created ETL programs using PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripts to load data
into the data warehouse or extract data from the data warehouse for transmission
to several options exchange regulatory firms and for reporting purposes

The project was aimed to maintain and support the customer relation (CRM) data
warehouse containing a tobacco company’s customers.  The database was used for
marketing and campaign management.  As a Solutions Developer, she performed the
following roles:
 Coding and testing a number of enhancement programs using Korn Shell,
C, Java and PL/SQL languages.  Program enhancements were created for fully
operational batch processes that loads, extracts and manipulates and formats them
using XML or flat ASCII files.
 Database investigation and implementing ways to improve data conversion
programs’ performance
 Developed deployment documents and participated in the actual
deployment to production
 Lead system and regression tester who created test plans and executed
them as part of the project’s quality assurance initiatives
 Participated in production support, defect logging and data and program
fixes
 Led the team in implementing configuration management process through
the use of version manager tool called PVCS

As Data Analyst/Lead Developer, was responsible for the following:
 Coding and testing a number of data conversion programs including Unix

 Coding exchange data interfaces that transport data into or export data
out of Oracle Apps

pages, chats and message boards.  As Data Architect/Developer, was responsible
for the following for site’s stabilization:
 Database investigation and finding ways to improve its performance
 Development of short term and long term solutions for performance
improvement
 Coded fixes to queries, executed optimization techniques such as index
creation, table partition and coding stored procedures
 Developed Perl scripts for data fixes and data conversion, site
statistic report and assisted in other ad hoc activities for marketing group
 Initiated stress testing for database performance checking; prepared
test plan and coordinated with QA to execute the plan resulting to increase in
performance by 29%

SBC-Ameritech
Enterprise Solution System (ESS), is a client server project for services
processing and fulfillment.  The system used Oracle suite of packages.  Ms
Gatdula was part of application team dedicated to build the interfaces between
several customers’ platforms for service order capture, billing and material
management.  She used PL/SQL, Oracle, Korn shell scripts for coding, unit and
integration testing.
Volkswagen Credit Inc.
The project was aimed to convert its existing interfaces for cash management,
order capture, billing and general ledger from “in-house” legacy system into
LeasePak (an integrated leasing package system).  As Systems Analyst, she was
involved in data mapping for the interface programs, created SQL queries to
extract data and coordinated integration testing of the interfaces.
For Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting):
Pacific Enterprises and Anheuser Busch
Ms. Gatdula led an eight-person team in completing legacy programs to be Year
2000 compliant using Cobol in the mainframe environment.  She performed baseline
and after code testing to make sure that functionality is still met with the date
changes.  She was engaged in code and test results review and final submission of
programs to production

Developed the Context Management Module (CMM) which is the 2nd tier interface
containing services that call “business-logic” APIs and translates the output
back to the “front-end” tier for display or playback on the interactive voice
response system (IVR).  The system handles online travel planning, booking,
transactions, ticketless travel, settlement, reconciliation and the capture of
travel usage data for corporate customers.  As a Lead Analyst/Programmer, Ms.
Gatdula led a team of 7 programmers to the delivery of CMM enhancements using
JAVA 1.1 as the programming language
Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA)
The firm is a systems solution provider for several airlines to perform audits
of used airline tickets and release of debit/credit memos to travel agents.  As
Analyst/Programmer, Ms. Gatdula was responsible for the design of International
Trip Geometry program as one of the components of validation for International
Fair Audit (IFA) and Memo Notice Subsystems.  She developed new programs for
database load of airline pricing and rules using C and MicroFocus Cobol in the
UNIX environment.

responsible for the following:
 Designed window layouts for the accounts receivable inquiry modules and
several sales delivery modules.
 Performed batch reports for the sales delivery modules.
 Coded Gupta’s SQLWINDOWS programs.
 Conducted and participated in code reviews and supported the
programmers in their coding and unit testing tasks.
Accenture (Internal Project) -- Financial Systems 90 (FS90) is a project that
handled project accounting, management and reporting from all consulting firm
branches world-wide.  As a team member who served on the Project Accounting
Development Team, was responsible for the following:
 Coded the Project Activity Posting Update, Project Extract and Format
Modules.
 Prepared test data, expected results and other documentation.
 Conducted unit and string tests of the modules.
Unilever Philippines  -- Conversion of  mainframe inventory, billing and
warehouse distribution systems to a packaged solution written in RPG 400.  As a
programmer, was responsible for the following:
 Performed the preparation of test data, expected results of the
inventory, accounts receivable and billing modules.
 Created system tests for the modules.
 Was responsible for monitoring and fixing the system’s investigation
requests and investigation of system errors for Accounts Receivable.
