•Achieved a very smooth migration of equipment and data when
migrating from an IBM AS/400 to an IBM iSeries 520 in 2005
•Applied critical Cum PTF updates as needed as well as upgrading the
firmware on HMC
•Managed the iSeries IPL, System Saves, tape backup of the entire
system, restore files from tape as requested, and control of all
backup tapes on-Site and off-site
•Created/Updated the disaster recovery documentation as a member of
Disaster Recovery Team
•Setup user accounts as security officer, security maintenance and

•Created electronic forms using OPTIO Software to merge with spool
files
•Converted 90% of all paper reports to email PDF using Esend
software
