DESCRIPTION - - The objective of this PROJECT - was to breakdown the heavy
backend call to Netaccess(Consumer Credit card system) that happen
while logging into online banking site into multiple on-demand calls.
- This improved the customer experience by reducing the number of FCIs (Failed
Customer interactions), maintainability by reducing development
and deployment complexity, performance monitoring and system management.

federated component called the Customer Notification Engine (CNE).

AUTOMATION TOOLS - Developed an automation tool for BOFA
- aimed at connecting to the BOFA remote server and downloading the logs using
SSH

- Developed a tool for retrieving banking product details from database. It also
helps to check if there are new or removed products in the
master database.
- Developed the externalization/internationalization tool, for inculcating the
multi-language support funcionality for the BOFA website.
- Implemented the wiki server for BOFA, later incorporated as a reusable
artifact by the entire Delivery Unit.
- Simulation of the effort tracker system of Infosys onto the BOFA networks to
carry out the various resource management functions like effort
tracking, leave tracking, billing calculation and timesheet
management, etc. This tool was developed in Struts, Hibernate, Maven.
- Developed a tool to count the source lines of code to estimate effort.
