Summary of Experiences
Most recently I functioned as an Information Specialist with EDS, an HP Company
in the Global Applications Delivery organization currently supporting the Delphi
Automotive Global Engineering System program office as a Business Analyst.
I have over 20 years experience within the software application domain of
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) especially
as applied to an Engineering perspective for high-volume globally distributed
manufacturing environments. I have worked in several roles over this time

2003 * present: Worked as Business / Requirements Analyst to develop and
implement large (500+ global concurrent users) Product Lifecycle Management
system across multiple Delphi divisions to lower overall IT costs and reduce
risks of failures from legacy systems
* Worked with Engineering and Manufacturing customers to determine and
document business process and tool requirements for Engineering Document
Management, Change Management and Workflow Management to ensure customer
satisfaction with the final IT system delivered
* Assisted in project management activities in scope definition, budgeting,

* Lead cross-divisional reviews and approvals to obtain agreements across
