Description American Express CRM portfolio includes the web-interfaces to the
various operations and services offered to AMEX card holders. The member gains
some points based on the nature of the different transactions he makes through
the card, and the accumulated points can be transferred to some other partners,
or he can redeem the points to gain some rewards.
These operations to be carried out in a satisfactory manner, needs web-based
interfaces/pages, using which the member can avail these facilities; which is the
area where we contribute in; and which is the playground of MR. This is a
development and maintenance project.
MR Redesign project is about changing the look and feel, and as part of this,
many of the existing functionality were also tweaked, introducing new components
in the page. The changes are being done for 10 markets, spanning all the three
regions.
