• Designed configuration systems, as well developed material and trained users
and systems personnel on new software and procedures that were to be implemented.
• Managed a controlled software change environment which provided an audit
trail, and improved quality, by utilizing a new Change Management System. Used
CA-Endevor to manage all mainframe software running in production at Cummins,
