priorities, and resolved business unit I.T. related disputes.
Managed two portfolios that contained a combined total of seventy projects.

Developed Release Management process to ensure proper planning, development,
and testing were done to support fewer, high quality releases to production. This

electronic commerce, logistics, and telecommunications responsibilities. Had
budgetary responsibilities of $50M and staff of 30.
Led implementation of first industry use of 2-D bar code technology in the
logistics operations which resulted in a savings of $50M a year from fines and
lost cargo.
Program Manager “ Drove project teams that implemented a supply chain
software solution that lead to reduced manufacturing time from 16 weeks to
made-to-order and resulted in reduced costs for the organization of $200M.
Expanded the use of EDI from being used in the United States only to be used
