Net Rate Project. Made program changes to implement new business model for
Travel Company’s global hotel billing system. This system provides backend

Pacific Bell Bill Simplification Project. Performed validation for telephone
bill format changes made to California and Nevada Bell phone bills. Reviewed
bills, documented and tracked defects in the bill format throughout the testing
processing. Current production charges were compared to the new bill format test

Corporate Branding Project. Business Analyst working with Corporate Marketing
Department to re-brand multiple regional telecommunication company’s brands and
logos to a single corporate brand. Performed data collection and cataloging of
telephone bills, client correspondence, and marketing material containing various
regional company logos and references to the regional companies. This involved
working closely with the Legal, Marketing, Corporate Communications, billing
organizations, and outside vendors to coordinate this effort. After
identification of materials requiring change, wrote Work Requests, Change
requests and Rapid Deployment Forms in order to accomplish this goal. 7/02 to

Ameritech Purchasing and Material Management Project. Full SDLC involvement in
data conversion and migration project for Purchasing and Material Management
Systems for Contracts, Purchase Orders and Requisitions. Performed data
analysis using FTP to download mainframe tables to Desktop computer for analysis
using MS Excel and Access. Wrote conversion programs in COBOL II in DB2/CICS
environment. Performed Testing and review of conversion data rules with Business
