•	Primary responsibilities are to design, create, test and implement forms
(Agreements and other types of legal forms) and custom programs that produce
important information for clients.
•	Providing support for the Customer Service representatives is also a day to
day job that will never end.  The CSS group finds and fixes software bugs that
are discovered when a client calls a customer service rep who is unable to fix
the issue.  We are also responsible for scripting, compressing and testing our
software patches that are sent to all clients.

•	Converted VBScript code to VB.NET code to produce a console application and
created VBScripts to parse a given text file and sort in the manor specified by
the customer.

•	Mainly I produced informational reports by programming in COBOL, which was a
major transition from studying .NET, that pulled data from an offsite Total/MRP
database/mainframe and were ran by JCL's that the operator on duty would submit.
•	Studied the processes of the CINCOM manufacturing software solution and the
capabilities that the manufacturing software solution contained.
•	Educated myself and maintained the AS400 data collection system, written by
Decision One, using IBM time clocks connected via RS232 cable. 
•	Educated myself and maintained the RF network that uses Intermec Controllers,
Access points, end devices and line printers. Replaced print heads and other
parts inside the printers and sent the damaged/non-working end devices into
Intermec for service repair.
•	Implemented a Siemens HiPath 4000 phone switch, Xpressions voicemail system
and AGILE call center application to replace the existing out-of- date phone
system. Learned the wiring of each extension, configuration of each phone
extension on the administration system and learned intricate details of the
Siemens HiPath system.


•	Created and designed a Supplier Web Portal, in ASP.NET/VB code, that allows
each supplier providing material to the company to log in to a website and
retrieve any messages from the Material Purchaser and any reports available to
the supplier.
•	Created and designed an intranet web site for the internal users to retrieve
their daily reports quicker and learn any news that relates to the company.
•	Participated in a Six Sigma team that investigated parts that had been lost on
the line as well as another team that studied the receiving process and had to
discover ways to improve the process while also depleting the labor hours.
Working on these teams provided me with much more knowledge of the Manufacturing
process and provided great team skills.
