Job duties:

1.	Provided the analysis, design, development and customization of the
E-commerce platform Store Front, developing 3-tier E-commerce software Store
Front using VB.net, ASP.net, Visual Studio.net 2003, Java Script, HTML,  XML,
Tortoise SVN, Web Services(WSDL, SOAP) and MS SQL server 2000. The software
includes business rules, data access, store front web (presentation layer),
system base and UI tools. The software's merchant tool section has all e-commerce
related functions, including management of customer, category, product, inventory
, payment , shipping, sales report, email, price group, online chat, etc. It also
supports add-on functions like RMS, sub store, CSR...

2.	ASP.NET (presentation layer): Modify and create server controls, html
controls and user controls, etc. Display databind content for Datagrid and
repeater.

3.	VB.net (System base, business rule and data access): Modify and create
classes in every layer of the software, including create new classes for new
tables created in SQL server. It covers the whole architecture of the software
including create tables and stored procedures using T-SQL, establish relation
between tables, create new code in Store Front Web,  system base, business rule
and data access layer. Create SQL statement in vb files.

4.	SQL server 2000: 
	•	Alter and create tables and store procedures using T-SQL in DBupdate.xml
file.

	•	Transfer data between different data source (access, SQL server, excel...) to

•	Add email function for abandoned cart. Check abandoned order using a timer.
Schedule an email to the client., display product information in the abandoned
cart., display latest products information.

•	Add news express function: Add News Content table in SQL server database. Add
classes in business rules and data access layers to make the table work. Create a
news template web page, when a news created, insert content to the News Content
table and make a new web page automatically according to the news id in the
database. In news release web page, get news id and title information from
database, provide links for different news.
