6/82 - Present	Computer Consultant
	System Architect and Lead Developer for Pendleton Datafarm’s Document
Management System, written in C#, the system was written in order that documents
could be processed thru a workflow in a clear concise manner.  This is a
multi-tiered system.  It processes faxed and scanned documents, handles client
billing, and vendor payments, links up with QuickBooks for accounting.  It has
AJAX features built in.    System Architect for Enterprise Wide Applications
including Blackboards New Transaction System. – Lead Architect, Involvement
includes Architecting the New Transaction System so that it is scalable and
portable to be function on multi-platforms.  Also, key in designing the system. 
Developed the Prototype code using .Net Architecture to simulate what we intend
to code for a real time transactional system.  The system is sub second response
time from the reader thru the transaction engine into the database and back thru
the messaging layer and to the reader hardware.  We have proved this can be done,
not only in .Net but in C++ multi-platform code base.  Lead the Development Team
in developing and implementing the system.  Previous Architect experience
includes Architecting and Developing WebsiteforFree.com, Medical Laboratory
software for White Laboratories and Neometrics, Accounting Packages for Peat
Marwick and Pan American Properties.

	Lead Developer/Architect for Parliament Transaction Systems and .NET Architect
for the Course and Portal Systems.
	Responsibilities include Interviewing other Technical resources to work on the
teams, Design work and Architect work for the Transaction System Back end, and
Design and Implementation of the Web Front End of the Transaction System.  Create
.NET Architecture Documentation for the forth coming .NET implementation of the
Course and Portal System.

11/2001 – 4/2002	FAA Internal Website Development.  (consultant)
	Revamped the Intranet site for the FAA including optimizing the SQL Server
Database, creating Web Based Reports, Reworking Log Incidents area.  Written in
ASP, SQL Server, and XML.

2/2001 – 11/2001	Ratingzone, and Expanets both external consultant contracts
work from home.  Both sites are external web sites for the public.  Both are done
in ASP and have SQL Server back ends.  Ratingzone is a clustered server
environment.

4/10/00 – 2/2001	Viasoft/ASG, Phoenix AZ (consultant)
	Responsibilities included Coding and maintaining corporate web site, as well as
being the IIS Administrator for the Web Server. Also, developed the Latest Allen
Systems Group/ASG Web Site and Administrative tools.    Languages and tools used:

AcrossFrontiers.com.  Also, implemented the entire setup of the micron web
hosting boxes that are in the colocation room over at mindspring.  Setup
NTServers, All the patches, all the Option Packs, Frontpage server extentions.

for the Visual Basic Front End programming as well as the Oracle Database.  Wrote

	School Vista II Project written in Visual C++ 4.0 and Oracle 7.2.  Program to
be used in school systems.  The Premise was so that the Teacher could enter the
assignments into the computer, the students would then use the computers at
school to do their assignments, and the school would be able to track all
assignments and have reports for students along with their grades would be their
progress through out the school term.
