Continuous monitoring and tuning of all mainframe application areas at Humana.
Providing recommendations to fine tune the code and queries that access the
database such that performance is substantially improved.
Successful recommendations on over 400 jobs were provided for the year 2009,
helping Humana save on new hardware acquisition and operating costs.
Weekly presentations to the different application teams at Humana on various
technical know-how’s with regards to ‘performance improvement’.
