My priority during this time has been on the care of my granddaughter. She was
my legal daughter and was diagnosed with leukemia in July of 2006. She lost her
valiant fight with the disease April 24, 2008. I have been contracting
individual research projects to include deeds, leases, mortgages, encumbrances,
court orders, property tax records, and other miscellaneous recordings in the
public record. I am currently researching and collecting medical and employment
records as they pertain to a multi-million dollar class action suit for a
prestigious las firm in Louisville, KY. I have worked in various counties in
central and eastern Ky.

provide superior customer service to Appalachian Wireless customers to include
soliciting new service accounts, renewing current customers with updated
equipment and service plans, assisting customers with billing and

The Operations Manager is second in command to the General Manager and is
responsible for the daily operation of the store. Responsibilities include
receiving, warehousing, safety, finance, scheduling, delivery, merchandising, and
most of all, customer service. Expenses controlled through payroll, inventory,
and building maintenance stewardship. Lexington was a 45 million dollar a year
store. It was a super bonus store all three years I was in senior management
surpassing sales, margin, payroll, and shrink budgets by more than 5%. I was
awarded the Lowe’s Manager bonus ring. Paintsville was a 23 million dollar
store transitioning to a super store.

As the Metro Circulation Manager I was responsible for the distribution center
operation, a 38
car fleet, and 13 District Sales Managers. I planned and facilitated all
non-subscriber
distribution to include product samples, periodicals, etc. going to Fayette and
contiguous counties. I submitted and maintained a 1 million dollar annual
operating budget. I was the last line of defense for the subscriber with
consistent service problems, property damage, etc.
I was awarded the National Publishers Express award in both Leadership and
Financial Management. I was honored to be commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel
in 1996.

assisted in testing and developing individual education plans.

I am an expert communicator, both orally and in writing. I bring to the table a
professional demeanor and a positive attitude. .I have an exceptional track
record in retail management. I am comfortable dealing with various types of
people. I have excellent organizational skills and am self motivated. I have
been trained on several computer systems and use a variety of programs.
