·	Contributed to the OmniPlus 5.5 401K System upgrade activities, involving Perl
and Korn scripting on the HP-UX 11i platform.  Developed software to efficiently
parse and summarize millions of lines of compare reports and compare base-record

project potentially saves Walgreens millions of dollars in unscheduled overtime. 
  These programs move, transform, and load data from all of the stores’ on-site
AS/400 computers.
·	Utilized Perl to generate records for stress testing.
·	Wrote a Java/Swing, client/server, socket, GUI application for manual loading
of the database.    This involved writing a custom Java RemoteShell class that
utilizes the Telnet protocol.
·	Wrote parameterized, generic archiving programs for Oracle tables in an OLTP
environment, using PL/SQL, Korn, SQL*LOADER, and SQL*PLUS.    Over 25 million
records were archived on a one-time and on-going basis, using these programs.    
To support OLTP and database performance, these programs kill sessions,
revoke/grant privileges, disable/enable triggers, rebuild indexes, and analyze
statistics.    This software supports Master/Child relationships on tables.
·	Completed documentation of processes.    Completed requirements for a
conversion of all data processing from CSV to XML data representation, and
utilized Perl for XML translation.

Kenan/Oracle Consultant, eBay, San Jose, CA, 1/2006 – 4/2006

·	Completed Kenan/Oracle table configuration for billing two new products, using
SQL and PL/SQL. This enabled the launch of the new Hong Kong site, as well as
Vehicle Local Listing for eBay Motors.
·	Wrote Perl program for generating SQL and PL/SQL for Kenan table configuration
of products, including automatic generation of verification and rollback
scripts.
·	Wrote Java/Swing program for creating checksums on language translation files.
   This, potentially, reduces errors from handling the files after the language
translation team has finished.
·	Followed through on production tickets for the Kenan Arbor billing system v.
11 running on Solaris.
·	Generated XML and XSD for Kenan batch programs.
