Laxahatchee watersheds. An object oriented approach along with rule based
methodology allows for simulation and optimization of different operating

optimization algorithm such as Genetic Algorithm, Fuzzy Logic, Dynamic
Programming and more can be selected at the simulation for finding optimal
solution to multi objective problems. This model is next generation of OPTI
model developed by Dr. John Labadie from Colorado State University. The model is
implemented in C++ for a Linux operating system

(ELM) modules for Linux environment. The latest Module is a generic grid-mapping
that re-samples binary data from a grid of any resolution to a smaller or larger
