I was hired as a Sales Engineer to perform remote demonstrations, attend call
center trade shows and perform trainings of the web based call recording
application. I was then promoted to Director of Customer Service to assist
existing clients, while continuing to work with the sales team to support
potential new business.
Senior Sales Engineer/Customer Advocate/Help Desk Manager
Stratasoft Inc. I-Sector Corporation, 2001-2006, 2009
I was hired as a Field Engineer to install DOS and NT dialing systems worldwide.
Then promoted to Help Desk Manager to better serve existing clients, while
supervising up to eight help desk techs, four field engineers, and handling a
high volume of incoming calls per day. Trouble-shooting SIP, VoIP on all 9x, 2k,
XP, and NT software, as well as Stratasoft Predictive Dialing software through PC
anywhere and Co Session. Responsibilities included training System Administrators
and new hires. Occasional travel to customer sites to repair and upgrade systems
was required. January 2002 promoted to the sales department as the Domestic Sales
Engineer. Certified in network technologies (CCNT). Supported the domestic sales
team with RFP's, new business conference calls, software demos, and site visits.
Promoted to Senior Customer Advocate in 2004, duties included working with client
database, both domestic and international, and international resellers.
