Prepared financial analysis reports. Reviewed and prepared monthly journal
entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. 
•	Established and maintained controls and documentation for the Sarbanes-Oxley
(SOX) compliance. Sox legislation is aimed to ensure that financial statements
published are accurate and presented in a manner that does not contain incorrect
statements. As a result of the controls and documentation established the company
passes SOX compliance audits.
•	Prepared and delivered presentations and reports to all levels of management
which assisted in reducing budgeted expenditures cost.
