Senior Financial Analyst 2007-2009
Prepared financial analysis reports. Reviewed and prepared monthly journal
entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Established and maintained controls and documentation for the Sarbanes-Oxley
(SOX) compliance. Sox legislation is aimed to ensure that financial statements
published are accurate and presented in a manner that does not contain incorrect
statements. As a result of the controls and documentation established the company
passes SOX compliance audits.
Prepared and delivered presentations and reports to all levels of management
which assisted in reducing budgeted expenditures cost.
Developed overtime checkbook which assisted management in managing the amount
