Provided support and troubleshooting for users via phone, throughout the nation
in branches and in the field.  Managed bank network user accounts and security
ensuring policy and procedure were followed.  Followed termination procedures
regarding user accounts and controls, monitoring and reporting any activity out
of set controls.   Managed Cisco routers and switches, HP Proliant file/print
servers performing configuration changes and troubleshooting problems as they
arose.  Maintained stable system connections to Fidelity, Fifth Third and various
other vendors.  Maintained UNIX, VMWARE and Windows based servers providing a
stable work environment for employees while ensuring security of the bank network
 Monitored system for potential security violations, reporting any suspicious
activity and managed impact.  Followed termination procedures in regards to user
