Complete all Commercial Invoices for billing purposes.
Prepare and forwarded Shippers Export Declarations/Shippers Letters of
Instructions for freight forwarders for Customs clearance.
Work closely with and arrange booking with the freight forwarder for Air/Ocean
shipments with the reverse logistics program (Returns) to our overseas suppliers.
Which entails synchronize the commercial invoice to ensure that the quantities
and models match those details on the packing list.

Invoices.

Responsible for all Export documentation/Logistics.
Served as the liaison for USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and
the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) on Export issues on a daily basis.
Generate all appropriate documentation for the issuance of USDA Veterinary
Certificates for all European Union Countries, South America and Canadian
distributors.
Provided appropriate customs documentation for all customers which included
all NAFTA Certificates, Certificates of Origin for all Canadian distributors.
Products and documentation for Micro testing to meet European Union
regulations as well as USDA.
Export compliance maintain government regulations publications via the
internet on Harmonized Tariff and Schedule B of Export shipments, attended
seminars on a timely basis.

Logistic coordinator duties included coordinating with all Freight Forwarders
to book and maintain log on vessel/air shipments in conjunction with assigning

shipments, telexing and faxing to the overseas companies for vessel status on a
daily basis until the ship reaches port of entry.
