During this time, I had served in a duel capacity with the Dept. of Veterans

records database and the compilation of statistical data for state sponsored
veteran's
events. In addition, I had served as Office Manager for the Disabled American
Veterans
in which I coordinated and prepared administrative records for all state DAV
Chapters.
Accomplishments included the development of a DD214 Tracking System and the
Electronic Forms Transfer system utilized by veteran service officers for the
filing
of veterans benefit claims.

financial and manufacturing software development. Main focus entailed jewelry
manufacturing in which I was personally responsible for the development of
"Manucost",
a marketable PC application. In addition, I had worked in conjunction with
Digital
Equipment Corporation as dealer representative.

As Regional Manager, my responsibilities included the southeastern United States

liaison/advisor to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional and SBA personnel. In

personnel and, the supervision of all southeastern SBA district computer
installations.

of a viable MIS/Data Processing department. I had been personally recommended by
the

Individual accomplishments included the establishment of an MIS department,
development
of nine major applications encompassing three corporate divisions and, the
supervision of
26 corporate and consulting personnel. I had personally performed the analysis
and design
of all major financial applications for the environmental engineering division.
