I was the primary architect for a workers compensation policy document
production system (DocProd).  DocProd used an elaborate metadata system to manage
1500 forms for thousands of WC clients.  It allowed Liberty to readily adapt to
constantly changing state and federal laws and customer needs and preferences.  
The parent application maintained extensive CRM information about Liberty’s
corporate customers including detailed payroll data and organization structure. 
DocProd used this data to generate complex reports and policy documents often
consisting of thousands of pages.
