Groove offered a peer-to-peer networking platform to support secure
collaborative networking. I helped to integrate KPMG’s auditing tool with
Groove’s platform. This integration allowed auditors to work concurrently on the
same auditing report with real-time synchronization on each endpoint. For a
second project, I developed a framework to integrate Groove with document
management systems such as Documentum and SharePoint.

I was the primary architect for a workers compensation policy document
production system (DocProd). DocProd used an elaborate metadata system to manage
1500 forms for thousands of WC clients. It allowed Liberty to readily adapt to
constantly changing state and federal laws and customer needs and preferences.
The parent application maintained extensive CRM information about Liberty’s
corporate customers including detailed payroll data and organization structure.
DocProd used this data to generate complex reports and policy documents often
consisting of thousands of pages.

pharmacy systems. Extensive patient data was captured to maintain customer
relationships and provide the best and safest pharmacy services possible.
Additionally, the OLAP data captured about CVS customers would ultimately be used
to analyze patient trend information across several key dimensions.
