high-end residential private home. Specialized in classically and historically
sensitive detailing for residential homes.

project construction.. 
PROJECT MANAGER, Andrew Sidford Architects, Newburyport, MA 2005-2008
Commerical and sustainable design: Managed various high-end residential &
commercial projects including a $2 million restoration project. Reviewed
applications for payment and change order requests with owner. Developed pricing
schedules; projected and tracked billable hours; processed submittals and shop
drawings. Obtained design and budget approvals from client and coordinated with
construction management firm. Produced CD  's using Vectorworks 2000 including
specifications, millwork details & interior selections.

Historic Restoration: Residential projects ranged from 600 SF additions to 5,300
SF office fit-out. Coordination with building inspector and GC in developing
documents for bid and permitting purposes. Coordination with structural
engineers, various consultants and provided consistent on-site supervision.
Designed over 28 commercial & residential projects within 5 years. Projects
required sensitivity to the early 19th century neighborhood fabric.

architectural firms engaged in retail, institutional and commercial projects.

Healthcare Facilities: Coordinated multiple projects for a major medical
facility. Responsibilities included meeting with department heads and facilities
personnel, providing construction documentation, attending job meetings and
issuing design changes, and processing change orders as needed.
