Chief Financial Officer, including managing multiple vendors, supporting
multi-tear internet platforms, and the construction of interaction models based
on focus group feedback to create a consistent feel across all products 

•	Developed full lifecycle client-server, e-commerce solutions, enhancing
revenue by 2 million during the first business year with projected enhancement of
6 million during the next business year.

Frictionless Commerce was leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
software provider. SRM software enables Global 2500 companies to effectively

and contract management.  Recently acquired by SAP.

Philip-Morris USA and Bristol-Meyers Squibb
