• Achieved $10M in savings by playing key role in integration of policies from
affiliate company onto a Vantage-One platform within a very tight timeframe using
COBOL-II, SQL, JCL, VSAM, ABEND-AID, File-Aid, and Intertest. Reported status to
management on regular basis.
• Co-led multi-location project team of 30 in system upgrade to DB2 platform.
Lowered support costs by 20% by enabling business users to query database.
• Relied upon for timely Production support of over 100 North American
Vantage-One users. Simultaneously supported fund administration system by
creating ad-hoc fund reports using Business Objects and processing requests for
trade adjustments using Microsoft Access.

interfaces from policy change and supplemental policy systems to client
information database using COBOL, CICS, GMI, and Xpediter. Chief contributor to

outside vendor contacts, in-house technical areas and business representatives to
create a Voice Response Unit application.
