Directly involved in project planning, targeting impacts and issues tracking

Programmed and supported InterVoice IVR Voice Response Units used by the
Technology Helpdesk. Provided Computer Telephony Integration screen-pop
technology into the Peregrine ServiceCenter vendor application used by Helpdesk
agents. Supported SYMON display board computer telephony integration technology
along with supporting database DB2, Oracle, SQL, and MS Access file structures.
Year 2000 System Matter Expert (January 1997 to March 2000)
System Matter Expert and consultant for Year 2000 conversion of hundreds of
internal Bank mainframe applications, COBOL, Fortran, Focus, Easytrieve, RPG II,
PVCS, and Assembler, along with CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS, IDMS, SQL, Oracle, SQL, and
MS Access file structures.
Visual Basic Programmer (May 1993 to December 1996)
Visual Basic programmer for Small Business Banking department. Developed first
VB application used by the bank to process and approve customer business loan
applications within 3 business days. Prior to this, small business loan
applications took 30 business days to process and approve customer applications.
MVS Mainframe COBOL Programmer (August 1973 to April 1993)
20 years as a COBOL programmer coding a wide range of large financial banking
applications: Trust Pension Funds, Fiduciary Taxes, Commercial Loans, and
Consumer Loans applications.
Started off at BankBoston as a COBOL programmer for the Trust Pension Funds
division and worked my way up to be the Project Manager for the Trust Pension
Fund applications. Over time moved on to program many other financial and
technical support mainframe, mid-range, and PC applications.
