A macroeconomic lecture course consisting of over one hundred students taught by
the chair of the economics department at the University, Professor Robert Jones.
This is a core economics class, a requirement for any economics, accounting, or
finance graduate.
As teaching assistant, I was required to administer and grade work both online
and hard copied, record and compute grades in Microsoft Excel, hold weekly
tutoring sessions to over one hundred students, and I was contracted to present
and teach some lectures.

A family held company which runs multiple businesses recently conglomerated into
a single establishment, Easy Street Cantina. This Business is of the food service
industry and grosses seven figures annually.

In this occupation I am in charge of full managerial responsibilities including
personnel management, inventory, daily revenue compiling (sometimes consisting of
$7000 or more), and handling customer requests/complaints. Included within these
responsibilities, I am also second in command to the head chef, which together
with my management responsibilities demands high amounts of multitasking and
people skills. Last year, my first as a manager, sales were recorded to be
increased by over $60,000.

LABORER/OPERATOR May 2007 to September 2008
Holdgate Partners LLC. Nantucket, Massachusetts

A company which specializes in heavy machinery and sand extraction. Jobs
included division building, and road construction for the town of Nantucket.

I worked laying drainage and sewage piping, excavating build sites and
backfilling houses. These tasks included personally using expensive and dangerous
machines (bulldozers, dump trucks, front-end loaders etc.). I also served as a
mechanics aid, tending to various machines. My role at this company was so
versatile that it was here where I learned how to listen and understand numerous
skills which I needed to develop quickly on a daily basis.

PRODUCT HANDLING/PREP COOK May 2000 to September 2006
Bartholomew Inc. Nantucket, Massachusetts

A family held company in charge of multiple food service establishments. I
worked at Joes Broad Street Grill, a restaurant catering mainly to take out
service, serving hundreds of tourists daily.

Here I received, inspected, and stocked shipments delivered biweekly, and later
held the position of prep cook. In accordance with my role of being in charge of
shipments, it was also partially my duty to take stock of inventory and compile
lists for future orders.

 PERSONAL BACKGROUND
I am available to work as soon as possible, and am flexible and willing to
travel. In addition, I also was schooled in speaking Spanish, which I can speak
moderately well. I pride myself in being a punctual person, and will strive to
succeed in any area I find myself in.
