 * Managed 3 member loan closing team responsible for booking and funding of new
assets/loans (syndicated commercial loans, commercial real estate loans, asset
backed securities, and bonds) and processing of material amendments. Portfolio
peaked at $4 billion.
 * Coordinated cash requirements in advance of loan closings with Treasury
managers, Finance officers, and Warehouse Lenders.
 * Supervised 6 member loan servicing team responsible for processing daily
activities on 900 asset positions and 120 client accounts in 14 portfolios. Loan
administrators performed borrowing requests, collection of principal and interest
payments, batching wire payments, researching and resolving variances. Provided

transactions.
 * Oversaw 2 member agency services team that serviced NewStar agented loans.
Loan administrators were responsible for dealing directly with
customers/borrowers, fielding inquiries and borrowing requests, invoicing the
borrower for scheduled payments, and redistributing payments to all syndication
lenders.
 * Lead operations team in the preparation of the $600MM, 2007 Collateralized
Loan Obligation (CLO). Ensured that supporting documents were in place at

 * Administered Letter of Credit portfolio, totaling $100MM. Communicated on a
regular basis with borrowers/customers and counterparties when required.

processing of transactions.
