Project Description: Fidelity Brokerage Company (FBC) provides a wide range of
brokerage products, solutions, and services to retail and institutional
investors, as well as to third-party intermediaries. FBC consists of the
following business units:- Fidelity Personal Investments (FPI), National
Financial Correspondent Clearing (NFCC), Fidelity Registered Investment Advisor
Group (FRIAG), Operations and Services Group (OSG) and Fidelity Capital Markets
(FCM).
ICS (Integrated Customer System) team maintains the customer and Account
Information for Fidelity’s Retail, Correspondents, Investment Advisor and Family
office customers. ICS acts as the source of information for a wide variety of
other systems of Fidelity Brokerage Company. The two existing systems CA
(Customer & Accounts) and BNAM (Brokerage Name and Address) have been merged as
the ICS (Integrated Customer System). The CA system had IDMS as the Data
Repository. BNAM had VSAM as the data repository. The new system ICS has DB2 data
repository.
• Collected user requirements and developed requirements specification.

of the largest publicly traded health benefits companies with approximately 6.4
million medical members located primarily in 18 states and Puerto Rico. Humana
offers coordinated health insurance coverage and related services -- through
traditional and Internet-based plans -- to employer groups, and
government-sponsored plans.
The Badger system was built by Humana to perform Administration Underwriting,
Medical / Dental Claims & Agent Commissioning, for groups and members enrolled
with Humana.
• Gathered user requirements and developed requirements specification.
• Designed application modules using COBOL and EAZYTRIEVE programs based on the
requirement specifications.
• Created sample reports for users before moving the programs to production
environment.
• Developed enhancements to the Badger System in TSO, JCL, DB2, IDMS, VSAM,
