Major duties includes supporting the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC)
at Indian Head, MD. I’m the technical lead for Independent Validation and
Verification (IV&V) testing efforts for the Naval Modular Automated
Communications System (NAVMACS II), Single Messaging System (SMS), and Defense
Messaging System - Afloat (DMS Afloat). I’m responsible for writing test plans
and procedures, identifying and troubleshooting software and hardware problems,
collecting and analyzing performance data and reporting results. I coordinate
lab assets to perform tests, perform systems administrator functions for SCO,
HP-UX and Linux platforms, and maintain internal Ethernet network along with the
Microsoft File and Exchange servers. Work includes use of Windows 2000 Server,
Exchange 5.5/2000, networking (especially TCP/IP and SMTP), and UNIX system
administration (Linux, SCO and HP-UX helpful). Additional experience includes
Military Messaging (ie, JANAP 128, ACP 126M and Defense Messaging System (with
PKI)).

12/99 – 12/05, Sr. Programmer/Analyst,CHM, Inc.,Supervisor Beverly Greene
202-685-4083

Major duties include development of mail message base applications
for DoD (Department of Defense) using MAPI (Messaging Application Programming
Interface). Responsible for several projects including outbound Organizational
messaging and mail transport programs (via pager, voice and sound). I am apart
of a small development team, which allows me to work on varying concepts
including developing web to mail and disk to mail applications (using MS Exchange
Servers). In addition to development apps to deliver messages, I help design and
implement secure methods of delivery (PKI and fortezza). Messaging formats
primarily include JANAP and DMS (Defense Messaging System).

Responsible for current and future development and enhancement of
Sales Force Automation tools for newspapers. His development platforms for SFAs
include Linux, MacOS, WinNT and Win95/98. I successfully developed two releases
of an SFA which were implemented to over 500 desktops. For data mining, I
specialized in OLAP, and ad hoc query tools for providing single analytical
functionality. Environments included client/server and/or Web-based. Categories
of used included corporate portals, which combined an integrated
query/reporting/analysis toolset with a publish/subscribe engine and repository
for user access to warehouse data.

02/97-12/97, Software Engineer, De La Rue ASI, Supervisor Dave
Briggs/44.1256.329122(uk)

I was responsible for two of four software components (CIS and CMS)
as part of a multi-technology, multi-application IC chip-based ("Smart Card")
application. Both of which use Object-Oriented Programming.
Card Issuance System (CIS): A centralized system that produces a Smart Card
uniquely identified to an individual and functional in terms of a color photo ID,
3 of 9 bar code, signature panel and IC chip applications (initially, an
electronic purse). The design objectives for this component subsystem: Enhance
the current card issuance printer platform at United States Military Academy to
integrate chip
functionality as part of the following two-step process: (1) Card Formatting,
electronic purse directory files, and a secured transport key to open the purse
directory, and (2) Card Population and Printing (establishing a purse security
architecture; printing logo, bar code and digitized photo; and assigning values
to data elements). Provide both initial card issuance and card reissuance
capabilities, including a common database link to the Card Management System
(CMS) to enable CMS-initiated authorization for card reissuance. Implement the
security key methodology and support a SAM-card based security scheme defined
under the total system security architecture. Provide system access protection.
Maintain modifiable access control parameters to the component’s functionality.
Provide a data base management system (DBMS) to maintain and output to screen
or hardcopy card issuance data as well as system access and system performance
logs.

Card Management System (CMS):
A centralized system that manages card inventory, controls the deactivation and
reissuance of active cards, and provides administrative access to electronic
purse and MARC-related data elements. The CMS may co-reside with the CIS on the
same platform, or be a stand-alone PC-based system. The design objectives
fulfilled by this component subsystem: Provide the capability to view/modify
card-based cadet and electronic purse data. Provide an authorization process
enabling remote system components (such as the Load and Purchase Devices) to
deactivate a reported lost or stolen card. Provide an authorization process
enabling the CIS to reissue a card as a replacement for one that is lost,
stolen or damaged. This enabling process will require a common database link to
the CIS. Enable card interoperability on several academic campuses. Provide
for
lost/stolen card hot list management for a Smart Card System. Provide for
exception-case handling processes, such as unlocking a card or allowing the
cadet to redeem the remaining balance in the electronic purse in cash. Maintain
modifiable access control parameters to the component’s functionality.
Implement
the security key methodology and support a SAM-card based security scheme
defined under the total system security architecture. Provide system access
protection. Provide a data base management system (DBMS) to maintain and
output to screen or hardcopy card management data as well as system access and
system performance logs.

system administrator with network (windows NT server) and application upgrades,
configuration and the design/implementation of new information services. I
participated in trial runs of new applications documentation of procedures,
training and user services. Developed and maintained a relational database for
DIGEX Human Resources department. A client/server application (DIGEX Employee
Tracking System) that can service multiple departments across UNIX and LAN

worked closely with every department to ensure that uses have the appropriate
access necessary to perform their jobs. Performed essential state-wide
agricultural crop reports based on pricing and production issues for the State
of Maryland. Drafted and published the "Evaluation of Livestock & Poultry
Farmers in Maryland Watersheds" with the National Agricultural Statistics
