6. Infrastructural management documentation and procedures includes HMC

* Provide the technical directions, certifications, develop and enforce
standards, provide system administration team with tools, processes, and
procedures for implementations as an AIX tech-lead.
UNIX System Engineer: Production systems enginerring and administration for back
office midrange systems in Merchant Services / Services Delivery department.
System administration, Oracle database administration, on-call technical
support
* Overall adminstering the AIX operating system on IBM pSeries servers.
* Design and implement the TSM/ADSM backup facility to IBM tape libraries and
VTL. This backup/resotore solution has been impletemted in production and for
disaster recovery environment.
* Perform DBA functions of Oracle database with Remedy ARS (Action Request
System) software. Responsibilities include create, modify, and backup / recovery
database; and admistering Remedy ARS software includes install, upgrade,
troubleshoot, and performance tuning.
* 7x24 on-call system support for all IBM mid-range production and development

* Technical support on year 2000 compliance project, includes hardware/software
inventory, vendor coordination, operating system and third party software test
plan/module/environment development.
Project management
* Mid-Range System project lead on the corporate financial system project.
Include project/task plan, resource management, performance analysis & tuning,
system implementation, impact analysis, capacity plan, and system design.
* Performed the project management function for the Mid-Range System Y2K (year
2000 compliance) project in the early stage. Include project plan, impact
analysis, budget review, resource control, performance review, and renovation
