Latin America Real Estate Consultants (LAREC), Buenos Aires, Argentina (2009)
 * Provide real estate advisory services throughout Latin America for developers
and investors from the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
 * Services include acquisitions, joint venture negotiations, workouts,
dispositions, asset management, underwriting, market and project specific due
diligence, and deal sourcing throughout Latin America.

AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. (AIGGRE), Buenos Aires, Argentina (2007
- 2009)
 * Opened, staffed and managed AIGGRE's Buenos Aires office.
 * Sourced AIGGRE's real estate investments in Central and South America.
 * Sourced and negotiated the terms of a $40MM residential development program
in Argentina.
 * Negotiated and acquired a 7,500M2 multi-tenant office property on behalf of
AIG/Pacifico Vida in Lima, Peru
 * Developed investment strategies for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Panama, and
Peru.

AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. (AIGGRE), Mexico, D.F. (2002 - 2007)
 * Opened, staffed, and managed AIGGRE's Mexico City office.
 * Co-authored and implemented a multi-class investment strategy for Mexico.
Strategy subsequently allowed AIG to raise US$220MM of institutional capital for
the AIGGRE Mexico Fund.
 * Sourced, underwrote, negotiated and closed transactions totaling US$300
million in equity commitments.
 * Formed a multi-transaction, joint-venture platform with a local developer to
build and sell single and multi-family residential projects.
 * Diversified existing AIGGRE industrial investment platform through selective
addition of new partners with complementary geographic presence.
 * Sourced and negotiated the acquisition of a business hotel portfolio and
subsequently negotiated a joint venture development and acquisition program with
the same developer.
 * Drafted business case and market sections for two private placement
memorandums: AIG REO 8-Mexico Fund and Mexico Industrial Partners I.
 * Elected to explore and underwrite opportunities outside of Mexico. Underwrote
and received approval for a $14MM residential resort project in Costa Rica

Heller Financial, Mexico, D.F. (2000 - 2001)
 * Opened, staffed, and managed Heller's Mexico City office.
 * Established Heller's Mexican commercial real estate lending program through
marketing to industrial and office developers throughout Mexico.
 * Originated over $450 million of real estate debt transactions, including a
new business pipeline of approximately $200 million of potential business at the
time of GE Capital's acquisition of Heller Financial.
 * Built and maintained key client and service provider relationships, tracked
market trends and identified investment opportunities. Contributed to the
development and modification of business plans for debt and participating debt
products.
 * Generated and negotiated term sheets, underwrote transactions, and performed
risk analysis. Received US head office approval for and managed closing process
together with legal counsel.

Business Development Director
Grupo Inova (subsequently Insignia - CBRE), Mexico, D.F. (1995 - 2000)
 * Identified and analyzed real estate investment opportunities and risk
elements on behalf of institutional investors and opportunity funds focused on
assembling real estate portfolios in Mexico.
 * Coordinated and executed real estate related due diligence efforts on behalf
of CarrAmerica, in its acquisition of HQ Business Centers throughout Latin
America.
 * Assisted Goldman Sachs, First City Financial, Cargill and Deutsche Bank in
due diligence efforts pertaining to the acquisition of distressed debt
portfolios.
 * Conducted industrial market feasibility studies on behalf of the Development
Company of the Americas, (now CPA) in an effort to establish industrial parks
throughout Mexico. Said studies were included in a prospectus in an effort to
raise an additional US$60 million for CPA's Mexico platform.
 * Executed lease transactions on behalf of national and multinational
clientele.

 * Fluent in Spanish. Working knowledge of Portuguese.
 * Active Member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) since 1995.
 * Extensive travel for business and pleasure to Argentina, Brazil, Chile,
