Senior Administrative Aide
•	Responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Technology
Officer (CTO) and the IT operations group of Montgomery College.
•	Oversee and monitor on-going projects and activities as requested by the CTO.
•	Assist with administrative and clerical support for major IT internal
initiatives.
•	Maintain CTO’s calendar, setting up appointments/meetings as requested. 
•	Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of communication.
•	Assist in planning and organizing the flow of information and clerical work so
that office deadlines are noted and observed.
•	Ensure that notification of new procedures within the Unit and the College is

•	Served as Project Assistant with the Office of Rural Health Policy – National
Advisory Committee on Rural Health and Human Services (ORHP-NACRHHS).
•	Managed all logistical (travel arrangements, lodging accommodations, etc.) and
administrative (reimbursements, team communications, etc.) support for the
Committee and rural health policy meeting attendees and participants.
•	Successfully coordinated 7 meetings of varying scope and purpose throughout

•	Provided essential logistical (travel arrangements, lodging accommodations,
etc.) and administrative services (reimbursements, team communications, etc.) to
the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) within HRSA.
•	Prepared, reproduced, assembled, delivered, and distributed technical
assistance materials to consultant teams.
•	Used an MS Access database to track task order expenses and maintain accurate
and up to date consultant information.
•	Served as a primary point of contact for all consultants’ logistical
requirements while on assignment.
•	Identified and selected consultant teams to conduct site visits with HRSA
grantees.
•	Maintained communications with consultants regarding late reports and
reimbursements.
•	Researched consultant resumes, prepared, and mailed applicant correspondence
to newly onboarded contract consultants.

Project Officers.
